Refund Policy



  1. The company is not liable for any damages or loss that might arise as a result of wrong information provided by the sender. All communications as regards to a consignment would only be done via the initially provided contact informations(phone numner/email address)
  2. The company would not cover any cost or offer compensation for any item that is on the deemed illegal by the laws of a country it is transitting through unless in special cases.
  3. The company would not refund or pay compensation more than 120% of the stated value of the item lost or damaged, in the very rare event that that happens.
  4. If part payment is made and at least one subsequent payment (not less than 15% of the invoiced cost of the delivery) is not made in the next two weeks, all amount paid would be fully refunded with a charge of 5% of the refunded amount. Note that payments can be split but not into more than five installments..
  5. In the incident of an accident, natural disaster or unforseeable occurrence that results in the loss or damage of items being hauled, the comapny will pay full compensation on such itmes.
