These are the terms and conditions under which we engage our customers and their packages. The company cannot be held liable of any outcome, if the customer is in breach of these terms and conditions
Inline with international laws, there are some items that cannot be transported or hauled across some countries unless under special conditions as stated. In the case that you have such an item, contact our customer care agent. check the list of prohibited and restricted items here.
All our customers information are confidential and kept private. Customers must be ready to receive theor packages not later than 2 weeks (subject to change) after the delivery date of the package. If the package is to be delivered to an address, please ensure that the address is correct and that the package is safe there else ensure that someone is there to receive it. The comapny cannot be held responsoble for any wrong information provided by the customer
Standard Terms of Contract
1. Definitions
- These are some of the terms used by the company to make reference to customers and packages.
- Account funds – These are the funds present in a custimer account. These funds can be used to pay for delivery of packages.
- Parcel - This is the item to be delivered/transported.
- Cashback – This is used to a parcel that cannot be transported for whatsoever reason. The customer is fully refunded so long as there is is no breach of terms
- Consignment -An item that is packaged and is ready to be/is being hauled. All consignments have tracking numbers with which they can be tracked
- Customer/Sender/User - The customer sending the consignment.
- Consignee/Receiver - The person/body to receive the consignment.
- Carrier/Third Party - Third Party courier used in hauling a parcel. This is used in very rare and special cases.
- Collection point - This is the location where the parcel is to be delivered to. This could be the company's warehouse or the address as stipulated by the sender.
- Compensation Cover - This is an average monetary value of the item to be hauled. This amount would be paid as compensation to the customer in the very rare case that the item is damaged or lost .
2. The Site
2.1 The site is an official representation of the company. Informations and details on the site are binding.
2.2 The site servers as a medium of communication for many customers who do not have physical access to our offices. This site can be used for a number of functions:
- Online requests for hauling of items. Tracking and monitoring of consignments using the tracking number.;
- Communicating with our customer service personnel, should you require assisstance in anyway. This can be done via the orange livechat button at the bottom right corner of your screen or by going to the contact page and dropping a message.
- Get an estimate for items, information about our company, etc.
